Got a question on Waiver and you need an answer directly from DDS?  Here's an avenue for doing just that.  DDS will respond to you individually.  AWA will not receive a copy of your email or the response, however AWA encourages you to share the response or some version of it with our list serve if the answer could apply to others, ar-awa@yahoogroups.com 

Families, guardians and waiver recipients are encouraged to participate.
